Everything is packed and checked by hand in the store before it goes out. Orders placed Tuesday to Friday are dispatched the same or the next business day. Orders placed Saturday to Monday go out on Tuesday.

Orders over 75€ are sent free.

All orders are sent with La Poste Colissimo. A tracking link is sent to the email address you give at checkout.
