If something isn't right, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please return it in its original condition, with its packaging and any labels. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, with the carrier of your choice. Please pack it carefully, as any damage in transit is the sender's responsibility.

To return an item

– Send us a message through our contact page, telling us what you're returning and why.

– Pack it and post it with the carrier of your choice. 

– Send it to: Spirited, 25 rue Gambetta, 64200 Biarritz, France.

– Once it arrives, we'll refund you by the method you paid with, within 14 days. This includes the standard outbound delivery charge.

If you're in Biarritz, you're welcome to bring your return to the store instead. Just message us first so we know to expect you.

Where an item shows signs of use beyond what's needed to examine it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

This is in addition to your legal rights under the French Code de la consommation, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
